Asmaa Ismail is a prescribing aesthetic pharmacist with over 14 years of clinical experience across patient care, general practice, and medicines safety at both national and European levels. Her background in pharmacovigilance and clinical practice has shaped a meticulous, safety-first approach that underpins every treatment at Aesculus Clinic.
What sets Asmaa apart is her holistic, medically-led philosophy. She believes aesthetics should go beyond surface-level treatments, integrating both physical and mental wellbeing into patient care. Dr Arwa Esmail (MBchB MRes)
Dr Arwa is a highly experienced medical doctor with over 16 years of clinical experience, including a strong background in emergency medicine as an A&E registrar. Working in such a high-pressure environment has given her exceptional skills in patient assessment, safety, and clinical decision-making, foundations that are essential in delivering safe and effective aesthetic treatments.
Alongside her current role as a GP, Dr Arwa brings a holistic, patient-centred approach to every consultation, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored not only to aesthetic goals but also to overall health and wellbeing.
She has been practising aesthetic medicine since 2014, specialising in advanced full-face contouring using dermal fillers and botulinum toxin. Her approach is centred around facial harmony, assessing the face as a whole rather than treating isolated areas to create balanced, natural-looking results.
